APRENDENDO COM VOCÊ PROGRAM
The Aprendendo com Você program encourages and supports students and schools from communities where Caramuru is present with actions that supplement the education process. With more than 20 years of operation, the program assists in the recovery of school structures, improvement of education quality, and cultural development of students through dance, music, capoeira, and social inclusion by encouraging students to remain at school, in addition to providing a healthier environment for everyone.
The program is developed with the support of the company’s volunteer employees.

JUNIOR ACHIEVEMENT
The main purpose of Caramuru’s partnership with Junior Achievement, a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest, is to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit of young adults of school age.
. It values ethics in the conduction of business, develops concepts of free enterprise, market fundamentals, and negotiation skills, expands career opportunities, and contributes to the development of qualified and committed citizens, with a positive result for the sustainable development of the country.
Since 2007, the program has been training Caramuru employees, who volunteered to donate part of their time to sharing knowledge with private and public school students.
